A Fun Weekend

I hold onto the sunshine.  We took a little trip with my mom to Santa Cruz this weekend.  Glorious sunshine and Anika and Ian loved the beach.  We spent all day by the water.  Barefoot and soaking up the warmth in the sand and sky. Happiness is in-between.  Those moments that can slip past us without being noticed, the quiet and shy moments, the ordinary wonderful moments.  Lots of those this weekend.  Reminds me to keep to the light.  Believe.  Good times happen too :)

Even when I'm overwhelmed and have lots of chores and need to run to pick up Anika before make-up gymnastics class and cook dinner :)
