A new consequence of over-doing my life . . . like cleaning the house yesterday. Headaches. I wake up with behind-the-eyes, migraine headaches. Blech! The biggest challenge is that there is no in-the-moment warning that I have overdrawn my personal energy account. I find out the hard way :)
