A Year with CMT Day 16

40.3° Changing the title.  I'm curious about the cold, but there is a lot more to this experience.  For many years, CMT was an subplot, a below the surface story.  And in many ways, it remains like that.  But my story is changing.  And sharing it here may help me.  It may help others contending with this disorder.  So . . . ever onward.

Today was tough.  Ian came to school.  My feet are angry, flaring angry.  Ian didn't sleep well last night.  I'm done for today.
