Pink Cat Girl

Anika's class is having a Dr. Seuss party on Friday.  So she pulled out all of her Dr. Seuss books.  She leafed through them to choose her favorite character because the kids can dress up like Dr. Seuss characters.  Her choice?

In Green Eggs and Ham, Sam I Am rides into the scene on a pink cat. I never even noticed before today. But sure enough, a pink cat.

What would be more perfect than a pink cat?

So she found everything pink in her room. And we had to make pink cat ears. We used a headband, pipe-cleaners, and felt. She sewed them together herself. Games of kitty and puppy-play ensued.

Cutest pink cat ever, I think.
