This skirt is actually two layers- one a semi-transparent and then a slick iridescent fabric. I tried three layers but it was too long. Anika's liking the shorter skirts. She wanted the ribbon, though the bow may be trimmed into a simple ribbon edging. She thinks it is Princess!
