20120930-220427.jpgMy new goal is to value rest. This quote is so true. And I struggle with feeling lazy or disengaged. I feel guilty when I rest. Downtime feels indulgent. Even now, after the kids settle to sleep, I fire up my email and social networks. Time for me to connect! So I haven't been getting enough sleep. Today I earned a migraine that wouldn't go away. As much as I love this daily ritual, I need to downshift. Again. This month has shown me immense respect for CMT. Living with this neuropathy is no small thing. It tests me every day in every way. Physically, mentally, emotionally.

I want to keep shouting out into the universe for CMT to get the recognition and attention that we all deserve. We are strong, resilient, creative people. And we make it look easy :). When it isn't easy at all. So this month has reinforced my commitment to spreading CMT Awareness. I will keep posting at our CMT Clicks site. And we had over 6,000 hits this month! Awesome!

And I am so grateful this month for my online friends. I love connecting with you! It makes such a difference to know that we are all in this together. A shared journey is a better journey. Thank you for traveling with me.

So, in the spirit of winding down earlier in the evening, a few images of today :)20120930-224923.jpg20120930-224940.jpg20120930-224948.jpgAnd, yes, her hair is purple. Her new color of choice.

Wishing you good dreaming!
